What gets your creative juices flowing?
My inspiration for design can come from anywhere. From a friend’s ensemble to my mood on a particular day to the most recent iPod commercial.

What do you do for fun?
I love to travel! I’ve seen more of Europe than I’ve seen of the United States. My favorite place to visit is London. I’ve been there 6 times and experience new things every time I go. I also love Venice, Italy. Besides the smell of the polluted water and the overpopulation of pigeons, it’s a beautiful city with art and history everywhere you turn. Ireland was a fantastic adventure! My friend and I rented a car and did our best to stay on the left side of the road while navigating “roundabouts” and the occasional sheep crossing. But the countryside is like nothing we have in the states. Lush green fields and purple mountains spotted with fluffy white sheep. Beautiful. I’d like to go to Scotland or Greece next.

What kind of music do you listen to?
My favorite kind of music is Britpop. I love Oasis, Blur, The Charlatans, Stone Roses, etc. It all stems from my love of the Beatles and Rolling Stones. Sometimes I plan trips to England based on a particular band’s tour itinerary, like the time I scheduled my whole trip to England around Radiohead, Supergrass and Beck playing a festival in Oxford. How could I miss that?

What's the coolest concert you went to?
The greatest concert I’ve been to was Beck at University of Pennsylvania. He performed solo in a small auditorium for a crowd of just 300 and played for over 3 hours. He took tons of requests and played even the most ridiculous suggestions. He was interactive with the crowd and it was like we were all just hanging out in a friend’s living room.

What's your favorite ice cream?
Right now my favorite ice cream is Ben and Jerry’s Cherry Garcia. I tend to dig out the cherries and chocolate bits, though.
