Linda could always sing my favorite Christmas songs better than anyone I ever heard. When we were first married, she learned to play guitar so she wouldn’t have to sing along to a record anymore. So I shouldn’t be surprised that she taught our first four kids to sing and play music, but I still am. And I’m surprised we have the Cajun band L’Angelus and that people in Ohio and Pennsylvania and Virginia and all the other places we play actually want to hear music from Louisiana. If you enjoy these songs and these musicians, know that it was really Linda who gave them to you. Ça c’est bon!
