As you may have noticed, Disc Makers is no longer offering the Elite Series disc publishing system for sale in its catalogs or website. Due to insurmountable supply issues with the principal vendor of robotic parts, Disc Makers management felt that we could no longer supply potential new Elite Series customers with the high standard of products that our clients require and deserve.
What does this mean to you? As a current Elite Series owner you can rest assured. Disc Makers has an onsite repair and testing facility, stocked full of replacement parts with factory trained, hands-on technicians, as well as a fully staffed customer service department dedicated to supporting your Elite Series duplicator. All repair work is performed right here in our New Jersey service center. All warranties, whether standard or enhanced coverage, will continue without disruption. Our service center is committed to supporting your system in the same fast, friendly and efficient manner you have experienced (if you’ve needed us) in the past.
And even if your warranty has expired, we have you covered. We have spare parts and the ability to support and repair Elite Series duplicators from early 2002. Yes, we can still service units that are more than 6 years old!
