Web UI Developer
Location: Pennsauken, NJ

Disc Makers is actively searching for a Web UI Developer to maintain, improve and update websites and online applications to create a rich, intuitive user experience. This person will also be responsible for developing rich, innovative and interactive web UI controls. They will be working closely with designers and back-end developers to meet deadlines and maintain overall project integrity. The successful candidate will be one who is able to successfully handle multiple tasks in a team-oriented environment. In addition to having excellent taste in visual layout and user experience design, this person should have experience programming with JavaScript, JQuery, AJAX, HTML, CSS and client-side web frameworks; Experience developing with Flash/Flex a plus. The ideal candidate will also have experience in Visual Studio 2008/2010. They should show initiative to learn and a desire to develop and deepen their skills. Other skills should include cross-browser testing, polyfill support, problem solving, critical thinking and strong communication skills. Experience in a .NET development environment is a big plus! A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science is preferred.

.NET Developer

IIS Administrator
Location: Pennsauken, NJ

The Disc Makers’ IT Team is growing! We are searching for an IIS Administrator to join our IT hardware group. This new position will support the design, analysis, development and implementation of IIS Projects; install and administer new and existing IIS in support of company motives; install, configure and support Web-based business applications; configure and maintain of Cisco firewalls and F5 LTMs; and have responsibility for resolution of IIS web server problems and determination of root cause. Previous experience and special skills should include IIS configuration, troubleshooting and administration; in depth knowledge of MS AD/DNS/DFS; knowledge of enterprise web applications, services, systems and supporting technologies including firewalls/routing/load balancing, etc.; deep understanding of networking concepts in a client/server environment; experience in deploying, securing and monitoring of IIS applications; experience in migrating applications between different versions of IIS; knowledge in F5 LTM cluster load balancing administration; knowledge of administration of Cisco firewalls, routers and switches; and proficiency in SSL configuration and troubleshooting of SSL issues on IIS/F5 LTM. The ideal candidate will also have excellent analytical, problem solving and performance tuning abilities; strong communication and customer support skills, and a minimum 3 years of experience with IIS Server Administration in a medium-sized 24/7 web environment. CD Printers

Disc Makers has added multiple openings for CD/DVD Printers to join our growing silkscreen printing team. Ideal candidates will be reliable, have strong attention to detail and an outstanding work ethic. Must have access to reliable transportation and be able to work 2nd shift (Monday - Friday, 3PM - 11PM); some weekend overtime may be required. Graphic Designer\Developer
Location: Pennsauken, NJ

Disc Makers is seeking a Graphic Designer\Developer who is self-motivated, highly organized, and able to juggle multiple tasks. Candidate will execute multimedia projects to client specifications. Duties include designing and programming multimedia programs, DVD menu design/programming, and some video editing. Must stay up to date on newest developments and technologies, maintain paperwork, accurate record keeping, and assist with any and all aspects of the authoring department. Cross platform skills (PC, MAC), strong customer service ethic as well as the ability to discuss/explain technical issues to non-technical staff and clients. Will consult with prospective clients over the phone or in person providing accurate price quotes on authoring projects. Qualified applicants should have 1-3 years experience with one or more of the following: Photoshop,Fireworks, Director, Flash, Acrobat, or DVDSP. Experience with After Effects, Motion, FCP, DVDSP and/or designing graphics and menus for DVDs a bonus but not required. Process Technician (2nd Shift)
Location: Pennsauken, NJ

We have an immediate need for a Process Technician to join our Manufacturing Engineering team to perform maintenance and repair of specialized automated packaging equipment for CDs/DVDs. Qualified candidates will have technical education or 5-10 years equivalent experience, with 5 years minimum experience in automation control environments performing the following tasks:
• Operating electromechanical machinery
• Troubleshooting electromechanical equipment
• Time management as well as forecasting

Physical demands for this position include walking, standing, bending, reaching, lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs on a regular basis. The work schedule is Monday–Friday, 3PM-11PM.
