2nd Shift Packaging Supervisor
 Location: Pennsauken, NJ
Come work for a company that rocks! Disc Makers is actively searching for a 2nd Shift Packaging Supervisor to oversee and coordinate all of our 2nd shift packaging operations. This person will work closely with the Packaging Manager to ensure that all schedules are met and best practices are followed uniformly across all three shifts. In addition to assigning and coordinating all production needs, this person will act as a coach for employee relations and help promote strong professional relationships between the Packaging team and other departments. This person will also be responsible for reviews and approving timecards for the 2nd shift Packaging team. The successful candidate will have 2+ years of management experience in a production environment with proven results. Experience with media packaging is a big plus. Candidates must have strong organization and communication skills, proficiency with a Windows-based platform, and a lead by example work ethic and attitude. Due to the nature of Packaging work, this person must possess the physical ability to stand and walk 80% of the shift and to lift and carry up to 40lbs short distances.
