Our culture is based on the strong belief of supporting our employees so you can support our customers. When you join us we give you a thorough orientation, comprehensive training, dinner with the Executive Team, and opportunities to excel and advance (in that order). We reward hard work and dedication, and celebrate our accomplishments. We hold an annual summer picnic for all staff and their families, share holiday meals, and celebrate birthdays and seniority milestones.
There are also regular opportunities for our employees to play together. Examples are company-sponsored team events such as trips to local baseball games, nights out, visiting local clubs to listen to one of “our” bands, and much more.
We trust each other
It takes more than 20 steps in more than 10 departments to complete a CD or DVD project. Every person trusts that the person in the next department is going to do their job right.

With trust comes responsibility. In order to deliver for the customer (our #1 priority), we have to deliver each day, in every department.

We spend a lot of our lives at work, so we might as well enjoy it. We enjoy each other, both at work, and after work.

As much as we focus on our customer, we realize that customers come and go, but we are in it for the long run. We’ll take care of you, so you’ll want to take care of the customer.

We work hard. We’re the market leader. We should be proud. And we are.
