If I place another order with Disc Makers, can I use the coupon code again?
The coupon is a one-time offer and can only be used once per customer. Spinney is excited to have you as part of their community and appreciates your continued support! The Disc Makers team is able to assist with arranging direct shipments to Spinney.
Can I use the coupon for larger inventory storage needs?
The offer is redeemable for any of Spinney’s standard distribution storage packages, which are limited to a maximum of 10-1,200 total units stored at Spinney. If you have larger inventory storage needs, the Spinney team is happy to discuss a more customized solution that fits your business. Please reach out to their team at support@spinneymedia.com, and they will help find the best option for you!
Do I need a UPC Barcode?
Yes, we recommend adding a UPC bar code to your artwork in order to work with Spinney for distribution. You may provide your own or add one to your order upon saving your quote.
Is the subscription unit based or title based?
Your subscription is unit based, not title based. You can add an unlimited number of albums to your account. The only restriction is the number of physical units we will stock in our warehouse at one time. For example, if you have a Mini Subscription, the max is 10 units stored in the warehouse at one time. You can still add 20 albums to your account. When you are ready to ship in albums, do you want to ship 10 CD units for 5 different albums (2 each) to start? 10 CD units for 10 different albums (1 each)? Either works! And if you need more warehouse space, it's easy to upgrade your subscription.
